Cancellations, Schedule Changes, & Skipping a Cleaning

We understand that life happens. At the same time, keeping our cleaning teams scheduled and supported is essential to delivering reliable service. To balance flexibility with fairness, the following policy applies:

Cancellations and Rescheduling We appreciate as much notice as possible. Earlier notice gives us the best chance to adjust schedules and minimize disruption for our team.

To help avoid any issues, we send automated appointment reminders at 48 and 24 hours before each cleaning.

Skipped Cleans If a scheduled recurring cleaning is skipped, a 20% fee will be added to the next cleaning. This accounts for additional buildup and the extra time required for our team to deliver the same high-quality results.

Billing Timing All cleanings are charged the morning following service. Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or skip clean fees are also charged the morning following the scheduled service date.

Initial Cleaning Estimate

We take many variables into account for deep cleans, move-in/out cleans, and all other first-time cleans. Because estimates are often given over the phone or online, we rely on your accurate description of your home.

If we arrive and the condition is not as described, it may take longer to complete, resulting in a higher cost than the estimate. Conversely, if it takes less time, you will be charged less than the initial quote. Please note that excessive buildup will take extra time; if not disclosed, it will likely increase the final price.

Average Condition Definition Our pricing and “Checklist” apply to properties in Average Condition only. This does not include:


Introductory Offer Terms

Introductory promotions are available to new clients when scheduled with a recurring cleaning plan. If the recurring service is canceled before the first recurring cleaning occurs, the discount will be removed and the difference between the promotional rate and the standard rate will be charged.
